Q. Who sets up my students?
A. You do. You, or your appointed representatives, have full control over your account; who is signed up, to what courses, and for how long.
Q. How do I track my students?
A. We have numerous tools and reports that allow you to monitor your students' progress, and how they are performing in exams and quizzes. You can see how long a user is logged in, what their status is, test results, whether they are eligible for certification, and more.
Q. How do I communicate with my students?
A. On top of your existing in-house methods of communicating with staff or other students, bcpLearning includes a Message function, by which you, the administrator, can send notes, assignments, advice, and other instructions.
Q. I need more students. What do I do?
A. First, make sure that you are exceeding your account capacity. If you do need a larger account capacity. If not, you should be able to add more. Even if your capacity is full, you can deactivate a student who has completed their courses and then add another. click here for our capacity upgrade schedule.
Q. Can I suggest a topic for a course? What about an improvement to an existing course?
A. Of course. We welcome feedback and suggestions. Every page of every course has a link below the menu which says Send us your feedback.

Q. Can I add courses to my account?
A. You can upgrade your account at any time. Simply order from our online catalog.
